Returns + Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 business days of confirmed receipt of the item provided to return the product has not been used, modified or under different conditions from Moonflower Ibiza. 

Client must check the condition of the goods that are delivered. 

Client must contact me through email and send the item back immediately. I will refund the cost of the item. The client is responsible for shipping. 

If the client wants a change in the product already shipped to him, the client would have to pay for the shipping.
